Overview:
Join us for the Spring Festivals of the Lord (Passover, First Day of Unleavened Bread, and Firstfruits). The days and evenings will be filled with fellowship, prayer, worship, assembling before God, and seeking His presence during His appointed times.
We will be meeting at the beautiful Mill Creek Ranch Resort (MCRR) facility in Canton, Texas, which is only about 1 hour 30 minutes from Allen, Texas. Mill Creek is an amazing community of tiny home cottages in a serene East Texas setting. Please check out full facility and amenities at their website here.
If you wish to stay on site, you are responsible to book your own cottage/RV slip, but we also ask that you complete an Oak Stone registration form (bottom of this page). The deadline to book housing is Tuesday, April 1, 2025 (no kidding).
Please carefully read through all details below prior to registration.
Services:
We will be having the following services on site at Mill Creek Ranch;
Evening of April 11th: Lord’s Supper Service
Evening of April 12th: Freedom Night / Passover Meal
April 13th (time TBD): First Day of Unleavened Bread/Day of Firstfruits
Exact times for these services will be announced later. Even if you are not staying on site, you may join us for these services. Note that we will not be at our usual meeting location (Allen Heights) during these days.
Note that we ask that those who participate in taking the bread and wine in the Lord’s Supper service be baptized members of the Body of Christ.
ACCOMMODATIONS and Golf carts:
All bookings/payments should be made directly through the Mill Creek Ranch housing office. Booking deadline is Tuesday, April 1. Request the "Oak Stone Christian Church" group rate when booking.

There is no minimum night stay, but quite a few of us will be checking in on Thursday, April 10th and checking out on Monday, April 14th.

Cottages:
$160 daily rate + tax
One time $50 cleaning fee
RV Sites:
$50 daily rate + tax

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES:
Cabin/Cottage check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am. A late checkout of 1pm may be requested via the front office when booking. After 2pm is considered a full day charge.
RV check-in time is 1pm; Check-out time is 12pm.
Staying Off site / Day Visits / Attending services
If you are not staying on site, day visits are permitted. We ask that you sign our guest sheet on arrival.
MEALS
We will be doing at least one large dinner together (Freedom Night / Passover meal) on Saturday, April 12th.
The rest of the group meals will be communicated as they are planned.
Each cottage has its own full kitchen so each family can also provide their own food options.

IMPORTANT Mill Creek Ranch REsort Policies:
Mill Creek Ranch (MCRR) Facility Rules/Terms
1. Owners and guests must park motor vehicles in designated areas. MCRR will provide a concierge service to shuttle all owners and guests to and from the parking lot. Overnight guests are welcome to rent a golf cart while on site for an additional fee by signing a Golf Cart Rental Agreement and agreeing to abide by the golf cart rental agreement RULES AND REGULATIONS.
2. In consideration of all guests at Mill Creek Ranch (MCRR), excessive noise will be prohibited in the resort after 11:00 pm. and before 7:00 am. During the hours between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. owners and guests must refrain from making any loud noises or creating disturbances that might interfere with the rest of a fellow owner or guest. Children under the age of 18 must be under the supervision of a parent or sponsoring adult member during this time.
3. Any individual, who willfully or negligently defaces, injures or destroys property or equipment of MCRR or of another owner or guest will be held liable for the full value or replacement cost thereof, whichever is greater. Violations may result in suspension or cancellation of the ownership and/or reservation.
4. Owners or guests who as a result of their presence or actions, create a disturbance or a situation not in keeping with the MCRR concept or environment, may be instructed to leave the resort at any time by MCRR management and/or local enforcement authorities.
5. PET POLICY: Pets on a leash are welcome at MCRR. There is a pet fee of $15.00 per pet, per stay.
6. SMOKING POLICY: No smoking is allowed in any MCRR buildings or cottages. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor designated areas and must be extinguished in containers provided. ALL of our cottages and facilities are non smoking. If you or your guest chooses to smoke in our facilities (including cottages), you agree to a $300 sanitation fee. We would like to thank you in advance for not smoking indoors.
SAFETY POLICY
1. The safety of all owners and guests is extremely important to MCRR, therefore, a owner or guest must pre-register all of their expected guests,whether for the day or overnight visits. In addition, all guests will be required to complete a guest
information card upon check-in. A owner or host is responsible for the actions and behavior of his or her guests during their function or stay. Guests are to be made aware of all MCRR rules and policies.
2. For the safety of all owners and guests, all signs and rules posted by Mill Creek Ranch management must be observed. The speed limit of 10 mph must be observed by all vehicles, bicycles, and skate boards. Parents are asked to enforce this rule with their children. If owners or guests bring a bicycle to MCRR, the bicycle may not be stored at MCRR when the owner or guest is not visiting the resort.
3. Children are welcome at MCRR and we hope that your family has such a wonderful experience that you return again and again. For the protection of all children at MCRR, parents are responsible for the well-being of their children.
4. To ensure the safety of all guests, campfires may be burned only in designated fireplaces and barbecue pits where available. The General Manager may prohibit or restrict fires when hazardous fire conditions exist. Campfires must be extinguished when leaving the campfire area.
5. For the protection and safety of all individuals, owners and guests may not carry outside their vehicles or use any rifle, pistol, air gun, bow and arrow, slingshot, handgun or any other form of deadly weapon anywhere on the resort. Owners
and guest may not hunt on the resort property and all firearms must be carried unloaded while on MCRR premises.
6. In case of an emergency, the General Manager is authorized to move any owner or guest's RV equipment or vehicle without notice or liability, to evacuate the resort, or take any other reasonable action to protect the health and safety of the owners and guests.
7. MCRR offers beautiful facilities for all owners and guests to enjoy, including swimming pools, a camper service center, playground, lodges and hiking trails. Owners and guests must use all facilities and resort amenities at their own risk. Mill
Creek Ranch is not responsible for the loss of or damage to the property of owners or guests.
ALCOHOL POLICY
MCRR is a certified T.A.B.C. facility and therefore, must adhere to all Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission rules. To better serve MCRR guest and comply with state law MCRR requires your cooperation and assistance. All registered guest of MCRR acknowledge that you and your guest/visitors will comply with these laws and regulations. You understand that NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE TAKEN
INTO THE GRAND LODGE BUILDING OR POOL AREA FOR ANY REASON and that NO PERSONAL CONTAINERS (soft drink cans, glasses, cups, covered containers, etc.) MAY BE TAKEN INTO THESE SAME AREAS WHEN ALCOHOL IS BEING SERVED.
You also understand that when alcoholic beverages are served at any private event or MCRR hosted events, that it is illegal for those beverages to be removed from that specific area examples: Grand Lodge, Grand Lodge Pool, Outdoor Pavilion, RV Lodge, RV Lodge Pool and Cabana area. Personal alcoholic beverages may be consumed in your RV/Cabin/Cottage/Yurt/Tiny Home/RV Lodge Pool/Outdoor Pavilion. Excessive use will not be tolerated. Underage drinking, or drug use will be reported to the police, and offenders will be banned from the resort. IT IS ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF TEXAS TO DRIVE A GOLF CART OR MOTORIZED VEHICLE WITH AN OPEN COTATAINER OF ALCOHOL. MCRR reserves the right to remove guest/visitors from MCRR property without refund.
Oak Stone Terms:
- Non-compliance with Mill Creek's facility rules may result in expulsion from the camp with no refund.
- Non-compliance with Biblical standards as determined by Oak Stone leadership may result in expulsion from the camp with no refund.
